A Voices of the Forgotten Experience
A fully interactive Holocaust museum built inside one of the world's most popular video games. Making Holocaust education accessible to everyone, everywhere, for free.
The Vision
80% of Americans have never visited a Holocaust museum. Traditional museums do critical work, but they can only reach the people who walk through their doors. Luc Bernard saw an opportunity to bring the museum to the audience, building a fully interactive Holocaust exhibition inside Fortnite, one of the most played games in the world.
The Experience
The museum features interactive exhibits covering a wide range of Holocaust topics, including stories that have been overlooked in traditional exhibitions. Players explore panels on the persecution of Sephardi Jews in North Africa, the heroism of figures like Abdol Hossein Sardari, and the broader history of how the Holocaust unfolded across Europe and beyond.
Media Highlights

"The addition of the museum in Fortnite is an extension of Bernard's efforts to offer educational gaming experiences about the Holocaust."
GameSpot
"Let's make a digital museum in one of the biggest video games that's around. It's that simple."

Expert Perspective
"I would encourage everyone to consider the striking potential of Luc Bernard's forays into Holocaust education on gaming platforms. We face a number of challenges, not the least of which is the slow passing of the survivor generation. We also must reorient ourselves to the needs and socialization patterns of younger people around the world. Luc has forced us all to consider new and untested modalities with tremendous promise."
